Eat, Move, Meditate’s Monthly Move!
Eat Move Meditate empowers people to eat healthy, move their bodies, and meditate through accessible health and wellness! EMM envisions a world where everyone has access to mental and physical wellness by creating a culture led by people who represent the community it serves!
This non-profit is co-founded by Filipina American Adrienne Diaz and her husband Amir Madison! They’ve hosted events with the USC Village for the past five years, and this year, have an awesome series called the Monthly Move! As the name suggests, on the first Saturday of every month, their team hosts all-level fitness events for individuals on USC’s campus and the surrounding community at the Village Piazza.
The next Monthly Move is this Saturday, November 4th on the same day as the Washington Homecoming Tailgate! I unfortunately will not be able to make it to this one, but if any of you want to do an awesome morning workout, I’d highly encourage you to attend! Adrienne mentioned would love to meet you all and connect with fellow Fil-Ams who are interested! Sign up in the above link provided!
Let Kyra know if you have any questions, and I’m excited to see y’all at December’s monthly move!
